Bright apartment of 45m² on the 3rd and top floor on the port of La Ciotat (no elevator) including: -1 mezzanine with bed 180*200, dressing room - 1 lounge with 140*190 clic-clac, sofa, TV, DVD player, NO WIFI - 1 fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave oven, TASSIMO coffee maker, electric orange press, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing table, air conditioning - 1 bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, toilet - 1 balcony of 10 m² with outdoor table and stools, outdoor living room You will have nearby the port with its night market in July-August, the Provencal market on Tuesday-Sunday, shops (Carrefour City, Fishmonger, butcher, butcher, etc.), restaurants, bars, cinema, the historic center of La Ciotat as well as the Parc Nationale des Calanques in 10 min on foot (Mugel beach), sandy beaches in 15-20 min on foot, Cassis in 20 min and Marseille in 30 min by car. Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, sea front with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco ", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not very recommended for people seeking isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.
