The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Charming place with private parking

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located in the heart of the "green lung" of the municipality of Orvault : the Cens Valley. 15 minutes from the city center of Nantes by car, it is the city in the countryside. This studio of 25 m2, refurbished in 2020 and located at the bottom of a inhabited plot, includes a private parking space under the courtyard, an independent access and a patio. Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

You will stay in an apartment adjoining the owner's house in a green setting in the Gachet district. You can enjoy the terrace of the wooded and flowered garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is located close to the Erdre and higher education schools such as Polytech, Oniris, the Ecole du Bois, the Ecole de Design etc... Very nice and spacious mezzanine studio on garden

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.
