45 m² house includes a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for two people in the living room, equipped kitchen (stove, hood, oven, kitchenware), washing machine, separate toilet and shower room, fireplace in the living room, TV, Wi-Fi. Two terraces equipped with outdoor furniture with view and access to the canal. Come and enjoy calm, nature, authenticity, and a very nice view. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
