On the ground floor, we have the living room, the open-plan kitchen, a toilet, the porch and the garden. The garden door opens onto a park and the communal pool that we share with twelve neighbours. On the first floor, there are two double rooms that share a full bathroom. And the master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, with a shower and bathtub. In the old garage we have made a loft lounge. It has a TV and a large sofa that converts into a double bed, but that's what it is. Read carefully.
