Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclub. 900 m from the train station. Bright studio - Casino District

Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
