You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Welcome! Our bright apartment facing the mountains is located in the quiet area of Les Clarines. You will love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15 min walk/5 min by bike), in nature, in town (20 min walk/15 min by direct bus from the train station).
