　Located on the 3rd floor of a 3-story steel-framed building, the view is excellent and the sunlight shines in, making the interior very bright. 　This listing is for Room A. 　room A (1): 1 < < < This listing 　room B (2): 1 + 1 　room C (3): 1 　total: 3 + 1 　It is a place with a lot of negative ions and clean air, with Funakoyama Park to the east and Josen-Rendaiji Temple to the west. 　The hearty breakfast (600 yen, separate from the accommodation fee) is a 1000 kcal "Kyoto zosui with egg" that has received a "six-star" rating from the City of Kyoto. Very recommended! 　Please stop by for sightseeing in Kyoto. 　The room also has a desk and is a quiet environment. Perfect for writing and work, and it's also very pleasant to take a walk to Otoku-ji Temple, Kenjun Shrine, Imiya Shrine, and Kinkaku-ji Temple. 　You can enjoy the beautiful view outside the window. 　Perfect for a break!　It is also suitable for those with asthma to rest. 　Please come and stay with us. This is a tatami mat room. You can enjoy the atmosphere of a Japanese-style room. It also has a lock, so you can enjoy a private space. - - No Smoking. Please sort the trash. Please be quiet at night. There is no breakfast. It is a comfortable space for 1-2 people, If there are 3 or 4 people, the futons will be laid side by side, so it will feel narrow because of the desk. (If there are 4 people, there will be no desk) For multiple people, we recommend a bed-type room. The toilet and bath are not in the room. (The toilet and bath are shared in a separate location)

With gorgeous views of Lake Biwa east, forests and mountains nearby, we are surrounded by nature. Biwako Valley ski & scenic resort is nearby; Kyoto is just 35 minutes away by local train. Hiking trails are nearby, Lake Biwa 1 km away. Guests are welcome to interact with us, and our dogs, upstairs. If coming by train, inquire about us picking you up at Horai station before reserving. This is a residential neighborhood but we arrange rides down and up. Due to regulations, we can't serve dinner.
