Peaceful accommodation for a relaxed family holiday. Exit from the hotel directly to the sea. The sea is the cleanest in the vicinity of Batumi. The beach is not overloaded with people. 2 large elevators in a 12-storey building, you don't have to wait long. A Russian-speaking consultant-excursor with her car lives in the neighborhood. A few cafes on the beach. We will tell you the location of a family cafe 100 meters from the hotel with delicious cuisine. Gonio Fortress is a half hour walk away, most of the road is along the sea.

Top luxury, 11th floor, gorgeous view to the sea

The city Batumi's district Gonio is surrounded by green mountains. It is known for having the cleanest water on the coast of the sea. Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.
