seaside apartment in the new boulevard, located in the perfect location for family vocation, very close to the beach (5 minutes walk). The area is very popular among tourists as there are great restaurants and bars, aqua-park, children playgrounds, grocery stores, pastry shops, bars/clubs and restaurants nearby. Apartment is new and has all the necessary, brand-new furniture and accessories, kitchen and balcony. Apartment is on the 12th floor and has its own underground parking area.
