I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually the case at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, in which the heating-air conditioner and boiler with hot water are already turned on. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the promenade, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting

A bright apartment in the very centre of Batumi, a few steps from the city lake with its singing fountains and the beach. It's easy to slow down here: morning coffee from a capsule machine with a view of the evening city lights, the cries of seagulls outside the window and the sea just a stone's throw away. The 26th floor is the highest with a direct, panoramic sea view. The panoramic windows are 5 meters high. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. The largest mall is located near the house, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  A two-storey apartment of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors - all over the area and air conditioners in each room separately. The apartment renovation was completed in June 2024.

The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. Deluxe studio on the 16th floor at the Courtyard by Marriott. Good sound insulation. High-quality repairs. The window offers a beautiful view of the sea, sunset, lake and singing fountains. In the apartment we installed new SMART TV 55' (July 2025). Contactless check-in. Wi-Fi - FREE! Guest set of goodies and hygiene kits as a gift! On the 1st floor there is a chic restaurant with buffet breakfast, entrance 40 gel.

New, spacious, cozy, best locatoin in Batumi, 100 meters from the beach, bedrooms with mountain views, living room with sea view. Also laser musical fountains can be seen from the living room every evening. Near the apartment is located McDonald's, 300 meters to the dolphinarium, 300 meters to the central park of Batumi, 50 Meters to the supermarket (24 hour). Many restaurants with different cuisines around.
