The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Laiturilta voit pulahtaa uimaan ja talvella laiturin päässä on hurjemmille uimareille avanto. Parhaiten kohde käy pariskunnille, ystävyksille tai lapsiperheille (1-2 lasta). Ranta Villa sijaitsee rannalla päätalon läheisyydessä, silti omassa rauhassaan.

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Laukaa center is about 1km away and Jyväskylä center is 24km away. There are two parking spaces in the yard that belong to the apartment.

In summer, a boat and paddle board are available. The glazed terrace is a nice place to spend time and admire the beautiful lake landscape. There is a fireplace near the beach and a gas grill on the terrace. Outdoor plug for electric or hybrid car.
