Bright city apartment, good connections, close to hiking trail

Our spacious apartment on the first floor is close to the heart of town. The balcony, sun room and living room offer a view of the forest. It is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Burscheid with its bakeries, supermarket and eateries. The nearby freeway entrance takes you quickly to Leverkusen, Cologne (trade fair) or Wuppertal and Düsseldorf (trade fair). We welcome you also to the Bergisches Land with its many hiking and cycling trails, starting right out the door or reachable by car or bus

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Bergischen Land, gleichzeitig nur 20 Minuten von der Kölner Messe und dem Flughafen Köln/Bonn entfernt. Die A4 erreichst du in 2 Minuten. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster etc. Bequeme Betten für erholsamen Schlaf Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo, Handtücher usw.) Whirlpool zur Nutzung von April bis Oktober Großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung Ein eigener Stellplatz steht direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil!

We are renting a bright attic apartment, which is located on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. The place offers an intact infrastructure with full amenities (supermarket, bakery, café, post office, ATMs, doctors, pharmacies, butchers, snack bar, restaurants, etc. available). The bus stop is about 400 m away (15 min to BGL & 40 min to Cologne) and the A4 is 8 km away. A parking space is available. The area invites you for walks and offers some excursion destinations in the Bergisches Land.

Spacious apartment in the listed manor house of a former estate. The half-timbered construction offers a pleasant indoor climate and for a cozy atmosphere in winter there is a fireplace. Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

Cozy break in an airy, bright gable apartment

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.
