The cottage has a kitchen-living room with alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room, and a sauna. In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (additional charge of 100 euros). Air source heat pump and municipal water. Large grass yard. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. (Swimming in late summer is a bit difficult) A rowboat and 2 SUP boards are available!

Located in a peaceful rural lake landscape, the cottage is suitable for, for example, a family or active holiday. The beach deepens moderately and guests have access to a rowboat. A short drive away, you will find Tahkonrinteet and Pisa hiking trails. The rent includes 2 cottages, a separate summer kitchen grill and a wood stove. One cottage has a wood-heated sauna and a fireplace room (sofa bed), the other has 2 bedrooms, a basic kitchen, a shower and an indoor toilet. Welcome to relax in the lap of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), in the midst of nature, in the yard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people. There are sleeping places for two in the sleeping barn during the summer. Guests have access to a grill, a sup board, and a rowing boat. An additional fee for using the hot tub. Please book a hot tub in advance.

The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. In this unique and peaceful cottage, it's easy to relax while gazing at the beautiful lake landscape. A 55m² cabin and a new 30m² outbuilding, plus a large terrace and a barbecue area by the water. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a sup board and a rowing boat, as well as a wifi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.
