The house is just 50 m away from a family friendly beach. The porch has a beautiful view over the Mälaren sea. The house is located a 5 min car drive outside of Kungsör, a small idyllic city. You can travel to Stockholm from Kungsör by train in 1:20 h. The house which is built in 2016 is equipped with most modern facilities. It is surrounded by forests and meadows with plenty of nice pathways, and the Mälaren sea just in front of the house with the opportunity of free fishing.

View of the golf course with little lake. Walking paths in the forest and nature conservation area. Rural Cafe/restaurant/shop is 5-10 minutes walk away. Golf and padel court as well as Mälaren with a swimming area about: 200 m away. Possibility to rent a rowboat and sup boards are available.

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Red Country House (1h from Stockholm)

This is a quite little house with one bedroom with a double bed and also a bedroom beside the other one with one single bed for a child. It is a very cosy and typical Swedish red country house in a very quite area where there are no cars passing by. You will just hear birds so it is very peaceful.
