Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from society. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest takes over. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom spots nearby.
