The kitchen has everything you need to prepare yourself for relaxing days. Even on vacation you can cook, bake or grill something wonderful on the Weber Plancha. Eggs from our own chickens are available to you every day. Upon request and if there is free space, booking massages and cranio-sacral treatments is possible for stays of at least 3 nights and weekend visits. If you are interested, please inquire separately - the costs of this treatment must be paid separately! They are NOT integrated into the overnight stay!

We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. Welcome to the Kronbichler apartment! Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Oberndorf in Ebbs. The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.

Our chalet is located in a quiet, idyllic, sunny location in Kirchberg. From the center about 6 minutes driving time. The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.

Double room in 250-year-old original Tyrolean farm. Wonderfully sunny and central location but still surrounded by nature. A 3,000 sqm garden invites you to sunbathe, play and barbecue in summer. Double room with toilet and shower, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the double room, there is a small fridge, coffee maker, a kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and flatware as a small starting aid for the day.
