The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

POPIELATO - ein kleines Haus (35 m2) mit Whirlpool für 4 Personen am Rande des Dorfes Grudza - 15 Minuten von Świeradów Zdrój, 30 Minuten von Szklarska Poręba entfernt. Von hier aus haben Sie ein fantastisches Panorama auf die Sudeten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer (davon 1 im Zwischengeschoss), Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Wir haben einen Kaminofen und einen Whirlpool der direkt von der großen Terrasse aus zugänglich ist. Das Brennholz steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds. The view of the mountains and Śnieżka is an additional experience. A place for a bonfire will make every evening more attractive.

The offer is a 45m2 apartament with high ceilings, big windows and full concrete floor heating. The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
