Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds. The view of the mountains and Śnieżka is an additional experience. A place for a bonfire will make every evening more attractive.

The offer is a 45m2 apartament with high ceilings, big windows and full concrete floor heating. The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
