In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

Exochi 2 - Traditional house with sea view rooftop

Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for couples and families with one or two children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Parikia Cove Mansion

A wonderful traditional mansion, located on a hill at one side of the port, overlooking the sea, the port and a major part of Parikia, the capital of the island. Very close to the centre but far enough to give the touch of countryside, spacious, newly renovated, fresh and stylish, with a fully functional kitchen and barbeque area, surrounded by a beautiful garden, flower and tree-planted. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! It has a spectacular view of the Heart in Paroikia. It is 550m from Marcello beach and 3km from the port.
