It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a living room around the fireplace. You can also enjoy our porch with direct access to our garden. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and you can relax on our veranda.

This charming 30 m2 open-plan studio is thoughtfully designed with handcrafted stone and wood details that reflect the natural beauty of the island. It features a cozy sitting area, a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden. Located in a peaceful area just 25 meters from Livadia Beach and close to restaurants and cafés, the studio is also only 750 meters from the port of Parikia and the picturesque Old Town.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!
