Water, electricity and outdoor toilet are included in the price. Now also with a warm shower! Fire basket (with north or west wind, firewood 10 euros per evening), sandbox, and children's toys are also available. We are about 15 km away from the Baltic Sea (Kühlungsborn, Rerik). Steffenshagen is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the oldest German Baltic Sea resort Heiligendamm. Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.
