EXCEPTIONEL BELIGGENHED. Herskabslejlighed perfekt beliggende ved Sønderborgs gamle havnebassin - midt mellem Sønderborg Slot og Chr. X’s bro med udsigt til Dybbøl Mølle. Hvis I forventer perfekthed i alle detaljer, så undlad venligst at booke denne bolig…😉 Det er ikke et 4-5 stjernet hotel, jeg har ikke håndværkere, som kan løse ethvert problem med få timers varsel, og rengøringen kan overse småting. Ligesom hjemme hos jer selv🥰🤷‍♂️ Men… Jeg gør mit bedste - det kan I være sikre på😊❤️☀️

Lüttdeel

Located in Gelting, the studio apartment Lüttdeel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Apartment directly on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is one of a kind! Right above the fishing port and yet central (5 min walk to downtown). Your private bathroom is directly opposite the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

Beach holiday apartment with a unique ocean view

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
