Cozy guest house (24m2). Small private space by the ocean with sunbeds and bathing facilities in the summertime. Simple kitchen facilities for making breakfast and lunch . Small beaches and hiking areas in the local area. 12 minutes drive to the center and 10 minutes to Dyreparken. 12 minutes walk to the bus. Mandatory washing NOK. 300. Cabin that is suitable for families, both young and old. Short distance to swimming opportunities in the river. 5 min drive to fresh water beach with jumping tower, sand vollyball and barbecue. 30 min drive to Eikeraben ski resort, and 60 min drive to Bortelid ski center An hour drive to Mandal ,Kristiansand and Lyngdal. If there is snow, you have to walk up the last hill about 300 meters. If you want to rent for less than 2 days.
