The crown is located in a quiet, secluded location, in the Zillergrund. The area is an ideal starting point for hikes as well as high alpine tours. There are excellent hiking trails or mountain bike trails to explore. The cottage has a living room with sitting area, couch, large kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, wood stove, coffee maker. 5 bedrooms, shower, toilet. Heating with wood-burning stove + electric. In front of the cabin there is a grill, fountain, and a very large sun terrace. Bread service, offer gladly on request.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Our house is located at 1300m near the forest. In winter, the slope passes in front of the house and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden away and can be reached via a short gravel road. The car park is right in front of the house.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Lengalmhütte 1 has an outdoor sauna, a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa & two armchairs, a flat-screen TV with Netflix & Amazon Video, Wi-Fi, two bathrooms with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.
