Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Historic apartment in the old town of Stein

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

"Enjoy your house" in the adjacent forest

Cozy and manageable, these are the strengths of this accommodation! The deliberately reduced household invites you to read a good book (library is available) or to relax with your loved ones with a good bottle of wine by candlelight. A garden with its own fireplace and adjoining forest guarantee beautiful natural experiences, so it is also ideally suited for children and adventure seekers. Within 15 km there are great excursion destinations such as a thermal spa, a ruin, and much more.

The Blackriver Loft Vienna – your stylish home for family holidays, city breaks or business trips. It is open, cosy and flooded with light – perfectly located between the city centre and Schönbrunn Palace. Ideal for enjoying quiet evenings after a great day in the city. The combination of brass, steel and wood is complemented by green plants. From design to implementation, the interior was created entirely by our Viennese craft workshop, something we are very proud of.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Unique Tree house+ hot tub+ Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the treehouse between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach treehouse comfortably accommodates two people. Another two people can stay on the sofa bed. The property is ideal for a wide variety of excursions: the Wachau, Krems or the Waldviertel. But the capital Vienna is also just an hour away.

Experience nature at the Green Lake in the "Schlupfwinkel"

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
