Apartment Tea - cosy studio for unforgettable stay

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

U mogućnosti smo Vam ponuditi lijepu kamenu kuću.. Cijeli unutarnji prostor je klimatiziran. Nalazi se na mirnom mjestu i jako je ugodna za boravak.Udaljenost od plaže je pješice oko 900m. Ima besplatan parking za dva automobila. Smještaj je idealan za obitelj sa djecom. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

As your host, I stay on-site in a separate space in the basement ( with own kitchen and bathroom) and outside the main house, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to enhance your stay. Our guests can indulge in healing mud baths nearby and savor homemade meals, at the restaurant along the sea. Additionally and complimentary, the guests can eat everything that is growing in the garden.
