The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. You can rent us a beautiful upper house with panoramic views of the Meuse in both directions. You can see the ferry going up and down and ships and yachts sailing past you all day. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cosy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature areas on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. Towels are changed weekly, linens every 14 days. In the courtyard there is a seating area (for smokers). Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

Cozy whole apartment with view of the countryside

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

It's an entire first floor apartment in a single-family house. Communication is only via airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. It is possible to park two bicycles safely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
