Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, the Kaiserfleckerl is the perfect starting point in the heart of Tyrol.

Exclusive apartment with a hot tub and infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The property was newly integrated into a farmhouse in 2024 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. A dishwasher is also built in and a large dining table is available.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest city in Austria (about 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities. With me, you get the Alpbachtal Card, which allows you to ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
