In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

Gasberg Mühle

Gasberg Mühle is located in Ostroh Poustka. The house features forest and water spring views and is about 800m from Seeberg Castle. The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. The tourist tax 50 cents/adult person/night is to be paid upon arrival in cash please. BARREL SAUNA IS FOR THE EXTRA FEE.

The Aschberg Chalet is an exclusive holiday villa that offers 350 m² of living space with all the comforts of home, including a sauna and Franconian wine tavern for discerning guests. The chalet can be booked in different variants and separate residential units from 2 to 16 people. We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

There are 2 apartments located at the beginning of Dolní Rychnov and close to the exit from R6 (ideal location for trips to the surrounding area) and offer complete privacy and private parking. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped apartments offer everything you need for your stay. And if you need anything, I'll be happy to help you with anything. In case of booking both of our apartments, it is possible to accommodate up to 12 people.

The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.
