Somewhere in a meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house with three independent apartments. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

This stylish place is perfect for people who want to wake up with a view of the mountains, and who also want to relax in unique interiors that allow them to calm their senses. The houses are on the edge of a small and picturesque village in the Izera Foothills. Our advantage is a large common area with a living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Karkonosze Mountains. Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The entire house is at your disposal, with cozy bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, bathrooms, balconies and a garden with a barbecue. Welcome to Łąkowa Zdrój – an oasis of peace and nature! Our rustic-style apartments are located in a charming 200-year-old barn. Not only a comfortable rest surrounded by greenery awaits you here. The barn, surrounded by a forest and a pond, has a place for a bonfire and a barbecue, where you can enjoy the atmosphere by the fire in the evening. Cozy apartment in a beautiful town

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

High Grass of Gruszków

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

House for up to 14 people with a large garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking. The entire area is fenced. The ground floor of the house is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. We offer 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofas. We can prepare a cot with a mattress and bedding for a child. We also accept a maximum of two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

Michałowice, formerly known as “Kiesewald,” is a charming village located in the picturesque Karkonosze Mountains in Poland. The Karkonosze Mountains, part of the Sudetes, are situated in the southwestern part of the country. The breathtaking landscape offers a serene sense of peace and nature, with excellent hiking opportunities, while cities such as Prague and Dresden are within a short driving distance.
