Gegend ist sehr ländlich , Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss(2.Etage), ruhig, ungestört. Umgeben von Bauernhöfen und viel Wald kann man in der Nähe von Salzburg gut entspannen und ist dennoch sofort mit dem Auto im Zentrum des Geschehens. Supermärkte sind ganz schnell erreichbar, der Wallersee in Sichtweite. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Baden und Wandern und um Salzburg zu erkunden. Auch das Salzkammergut , Hallstatt und der Königssee sind schnell zu erreichen.Auch mit Öffis gut machbar.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Welcome to the organic farm Ulbring. Take the whole family with you and enjoy the nature and its animals at our farm. A separate bedroom awaits you, as well as a bunk bed and a single bed in a niche in the hallway. You have the whole apartment for yourself. Private front door and car parking space. Not accessible as it is on the 1st floor. There is a shared simple seating area and a porch swing in the garden.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
