A studio apartment is rented not far from the town of Skrad in Gorski Kotar. This recently decorated part of the house offers everything and more for a perfect vacation for two. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with a sauna and an exit to the terrace. In winter, there is central electric heating. Possibility to rent a spacious tavern with an equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and a pool table, for an additional fee. Private parking with access to the road on one side, and an irresistible view of the forest and river on the other!

The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.
