On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Access to the lake via a tarmac road, approx. 300 m - approx. 7 minutes on foot. 100 m in a straight line. A lake with a small jetty and a gazebo. Fenced plot, barbecue area, playhouse for children, bonfire area with wood, trampoline, swing. Wi-Fi speed is around 20 Mbps, and due to the proximity of the lake, the signal is weak. Poor mobile network coverage. Basic TV channels.

The cottage is located on a fenced plot (2,600 m²) with a fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, featuring an illuminated recreational field, a playground, and a fire pit, near the Trzebiochy River and Lake Żołnowo.
