The cottage is situated on a fenced 2600 sqm plot with a fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, with a recreational field, playground, fire pit, near the Trzebiochy river and Żołnowo lake. The attractive location is conducive to hiking and cycling, fishing and water sports - a boat is available for free.

Upstairs, there are 2 small bedrooms (the first has 2 single beds, the second has 1 double bed and 1 single bed). In case of cold - the cottage can be heated with a "goat" located in the living room:)

The cottage is fully equipped, in addition to fireplaces, it has central heating ( radiators in bathrooms and bedrooms and underfloor heating). Beautiful views, the nearby forest and the proximity of the lakes will make you feel very good here.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Guests have access to a hot tub with a Jacuzzi, a pond and barbecue area, and a fire pit. For children, there is a trampoline, sandpit and toys. The area is fenced and closed. Parking on the plot next to the cottage.
