Dala cottage with lake property

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, but still in town. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by Lake Varpan with only 2.5 km to Lugnet's ski stadium and 3 km to Falun of Falun. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Electric car charging possible. 12 km to Carl Larsson Farm 7 km to Falu Mine and the World Heritage 6 km to Lugnet ski area (Swedish ski games) and sports facilities.

Promenadavstånd till Carl Larsson-gården och Stora Hyttnäs 650 m, Sundborns kyrka 900 m. Närhet till fin natur med elljusspår och vandringsleder. Endast 200 m till uppfriskande bad i Sundbornsån. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

Farmhouse with bathroom in charming neighborhood

Unikt boende med 10 minuters promenad till centrum. Helrenoverad stuga 46 kvm med nytt badrum. Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns promenadstråk, stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana och utegym.

Fändriksgården

Villa med lägenhet i nedre plan med egen ingång. Värdparet bor i huset. 200m till sjön Runn som erbjuder plogade skridskobanor vintertid. På sommaren finns bar och glasskiosk vid sjön, samt kayakuthyrning. Två enklare cyklar kan lånas av oss. (Vi har även två kayaker som kan hyras om ni säger till i förväg) Närhet till Romme Alpin o Bjursås skicenter, ca 30 min med bil. 5 minuter till city o Lugnets sportanläggning.
