Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, yet still in town. You stay in peace and quiet, without a TV, by Lake Varpan, just 2.5 km to Lugnet Ski Stadium and 4 km to Falun city center. You are 600 meters from the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in an ice hole in the winter. A wood-fired sauna is available. Bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if weather and wind permit, there may be a plowed skating rink/walking path on the lake, and cross-country ski trails are usually groomed then as well.

Vacation home for rent daily or weekly. Vacation accommodation in a renovated log house. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's residential building. The house is 74 sqm on two floors with a small hall, kitchen, bathroom and TV room on the lower floor. Open sleeping loft with two single beds 90x200 and small bedroom with two single beds 90x200. Steep stair to upper floor. Smoking or pets are not allowed. During the coldest season, we would prefer to have your request 48 hours before arrival so we have time to raise the temperature in the cabin.

Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. Welcome to Sveden, Svärdsjö, to our two-story timber house from the 1800s, which together with the barn forms our surrounding Dala farm. It is beautifully situated overlooking Borängetsjön and the forest in the hills and not far from Svärdsjö center with, among other things, ICA Supermarket and pizzeria. Sveden is an excellent starting point for art, culture, nature and sports experiences and no less than 65 excursions and attractions are available in Svärdsjö. Falun can be reached in 20 minutes. Fantastic lake view in large villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake views in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy morning sun as evening sun and a fantastic sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. One hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice swimming as much as we do, the ice hole is open all winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cabin close to nature.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.
