The single-storey house is in the middle of the vineyards of Obernhof in the Nassau Nature Park. Directly on the hiking trail to the "Goethepunkt" viewpoint and the "Klettersteig". 300 meters away from the station and the canoe rental. Above the house is a vegetable garden with a sun terrace. It is the top house.

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

The absolute highlight is the big terrace with panoramic views over the whole of Bad Ems. The apartment is located directly on the Lahn Valley, about 20 minutes from the Rhine and Moselle Valleys, as well as the city of Koblenz with its beautiful old town and several sights. The Emser Therme spa, many hiking trails and other highlights are located right in Bad Ems.

Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will live in 50 sqm in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You look over the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the inner and old town of Diez and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to Limburg. There is a cathedral and a historic old town.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.

Surrounded by its own fields and forests, the farm is located in the middle of the Nassau Nature Park. From the front door, you can take undisturbed walks for hours along the Dörsbach in the Jammertal or the Lahn, where you can relax at beautiful viewpoints over the valleys.
