It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The apartment is located in a detached house, which is surrounded by a large garden with numerous seats. There is also a balcony for all guests to use freely. There is a train station and a bus stop at the end of the street. The train is in 7 minutes at the main train station. The bus runs all over downtown, which is closed to cars. The city of Trier is a treasure trove for lovers of culture. Nature lovers will find the Moselle, forest and meadows a few minutes away from the house.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Treat yourself to a break in the beautiful Kylltal. From here there are numerous opportunities to explore the surroundings by foot or by bike. Kordel also has a direct train connection to the city of Trier. The border with Luxembourg is also only 11 km away. Another highlight is the Kylltalbad, which is within walking distance. In the private bathroom of the apartment there is a washing machine, which can be used by arrangement for a fee.
