The house is very large and can be rented for larger events or large families. The upper floor can be rented completely (160 square meters). There is a kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet, three bedrooms and the hot tub.

Die Athmosphäre im Haus ist entspannt, langsam und fröhlich und man findet hier die Zeit für all Dinge die einem wichtig sind. Naturbelassener Strand. Der Strand liegt außerhalb meines privaten Grundstückes( unterhalb der Mauer) Beim Blick aus dem Fenstern sieht man über den Park zum See . Wer noch mehr Natur sucht, spaziert durchs Eriskircher Ried.
