Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Viel Holz, alte Balken wurde gereinigt, ein kleiner Rückzugsort geschaffen, gemütlich, stylisch, auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Ein Highlight ist das Velux Cabrio Fenster, ein kleiner Balkon.
