The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. A studio (45 M2) with mini kitchen and private bathroom on the 1st floor of older house in scenic surroundings. 10 km to Aarhus C, 3 kilometers to E45 and 2.5 kilometers to a supermarket. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø . Car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the centre at the door and a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for a van. Here is peace and quiet!
