A historic farmstead by the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. In the middle of Mulgimaa forests and fields, there is one lovely and cozy nest called Atsaare. We're welcome to have great families and courteous groups. Atsaari is a historic homestead that has found a new breathing in the last five years and is still evolving and renewing. What makes it more special is that from May to the end of August, this is an active farm with vegetable growing. Since you can't grow vegetables in the winter, we rent out our nest to nice people.
