Unique home with Customs Pack Room

A beautiful furnished privat terrace house 120m2 designed by the famous architekt Alvar Aalto. The apartment is in original condition and is rented out by the owner while she spends time in her summer or winter cottage. The apartment has 4 bedrooms in two floors with a terrace both upstairs and downstairs. The city center with the campus and culture center Allegro, restaurants and cafees is only 400 meters away. The Aspegren´s 1700's garden is just a stone´s throw away from the house.

Triangle near downtown

The spacious triangle is perfectly located and close to the city center. Neristan is also right around the corner. It has two bedrooms and a very spacious living room, also the kitchen can comfortably cook. The flat can accomodate up to 7 people, a pack n play/travel crib and high chair available upon request. A spacious glazed balcony with access from both the living room and the second bedroom. Second floor, no elevator. Parking in street side spots that are free and free of pins.
