Water is taken from the land, the sauna is heated by trees, and washed in clean seawater. Your outdoor space. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. NO TRANSPORTATION TO THE ISLAND, MANICURED TRIPS.

Summer villa 70 m2 (4h + k) with 40m2 terrace. Kitchen, electric radiators, large fireplace and running water, dock, separate summer room and odourless dry toilet. Expansive lawn and natural forest with sea views. With a small lakeside sauna, a large 30 m2 south facing sun terrace and hot tub, its use is agreed upon separately. Family friendly and cultural activities close by. Peaceful and cozy place. Suitable for families with children, groups, or couples, but not for people with limited mobility.

This beach house, complete with a modern kitchen, sauna, and beachside terrace, provides all you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Finished in 2021, our house is ideal for a quiet, relaxing escape in a natural setting that balances comfort with simplicity. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the archipelago and take in the views of a the harbor and traditional red boathouses.

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
