Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Unsere moderne Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum oder auch Geschäfte des Täglichen Bedarfs sowie den Bahnhof. Die Wohnung verfügt über ca. 90m² einer Küche, ein Essbereich, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Regendusche und freistehender Badewanne. Der Garten Lädt zum Sonnen und Entspannen ein. Der Kamin ist außer betrieb, es ist jedoch schön warm durch die Fußbodenheizung.

Herzlich Willkommen am Fuße der Loreley, direkt am Rhein! Siebzig Quadratmeter zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen! In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Koblenz Metternich. Das Stadtzentrum befindet sich 4,5 km weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße. Supermärkte (5 Min) , eine Bank (5 Min), eine Apotheke (20 sec), das Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus BWZK (7 Min) und die Uni Koblenz (2 Min) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es auf Anfrage direkt vor dem Haus. Kostenfrei auch in den Nebenstraßen.

The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, guest WC. A terrace in the garden is reserved for guests. The beds are made according to your wishes, towels are provided.
