There is a field for playing badminton and a swimming pool that was just completed in June 2026. The service is free. The accommodation is close to the airport, which may cause noise, but after 10 pm there will be no noise. The accommodation is close to shopping areas and about 1 kilometer from Chaweng Beach. It is close to the pier for going to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao and tourist attractions such as Phra Nai, Koh Fan, and entertainment venues in Chaweng Center. Our accommodation is safe, fenced, and has parking for cars and motorcycles.

It is a compact villa-style room in the Southern Thai style of Koh Samui. It is suitable for 1-2 people. It has a compact bedroom, all the necessary amenities, a spacious bathroom with separate dry and wet areas, and is airy and comfortable. There is a multi-purpose table that can be used as a coffee table or a desk. There is a balcony large enough to sit and relax or smoke. There is parking for both cars and motorcycles. It is close to the airport, the pier, and department stores, and only 5-7 minutes away from the sandy beach and the sea. The accommodation is clean and inexpensive.

Located on the first floors of the main buildings in the garden, the Grand Deluxe Double Rooms offer 30 square meters space plus a spacious terrace with day bed where you can sit and relax in the shade after a day filled with sunshine.
