The house: Lovely living room, decorated with wood stove, chromecast TV and nice dining area. The kitchen is open to the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) two single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower. Outside: Large nice garden, several terraces, as well as easy parking. The private is a spacious apartment with its own private garden. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. The home includes a utility room/entrance with laundry facilities, bathroom, lovely bright kitchen with dining area. Spacious double bedroom with good closet space. Extra bedroom for e.g. the children with a 140 cm bed (walk-through room). Lovely light and spacious living room where the family can enjoy themselves and access to the large garden and cozy terrace environment with barbecue facilities. Dogs are also welcome.

The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, pier and 1 smaller living room in the loft. It has 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There's a big patio with a covered patio and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There's also a petanque court and a trampoline for kids.

Slutrengøring kr. 850,- pr. ophold. Der følger en brændekurv fyld med brænde, medbring evt. selv træ. Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 3,79 kr. pr kwh jeg forbeholder mig retten til at forhøje prisen, vand kr. 79,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek in og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug efter tjek ud.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
