Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Victorian Seaside towns of Cromer & Sheringham are close by as are The Norfolk Broads, Norwich, Wells & Holkham.

This cosy Victorian cottage was once home to two families! Since then it has been modernised by the previous owners in the 1980s and again by us in 2020. We want to keep the cottage's rich history whilst making it the perfect place to stay. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
