The Appartment is located on the mountain right next to hiking trails to the location of "Rote Wand" as well as an only 20 min car ride to Ski Arlberg. The Flat is fully renovated, consists of 2 Sleeping rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a seeting area. Familys and pets are welcome. On request to the owners sauna/ washer /dryer are also available against a small fee. The visitor's tax need to be paid on site to the owner. The tax is € 3.20 per person per day from the age of 15.

Here you will find WiFi, a comfortable LED TV with full Netflix access (cable digital, 40 inches, 4K/Full HD, USB, HDMI), a kitchen with induction stove (basic dishes available) as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a hairdryer. Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

MooRooM

Our apartment MooRooM with mountain views is in a quiet location on the sunny side of the idyllic, small village called Dalaas at the foot of the Arlberg. The apartment with separate entrance has been recently renovated and offers everything you need to feel quite comfortable: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy sofa corner, a double bed and a sofa bed can accommodate four people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, towels and a hairdryer.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter. My father-in-law is a private ski instructor and if he has free appointments available, you can book a ski course with him. Additional fees Guest tax of the municipality
