A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe, green and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city centre is relatively quick and easy to reach. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, depending on traffic, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located.
