In the garden there is a sauna, fire pit, barbecue, hammock, and trampoline. Every place in the barn has a beautiful view of the trees, sky, mountains and forest. It is an oasis of peace. The horizon of south-facing windows is closed by the unique Stołowe Mountains National Park.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience true silence, get some sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play the board games. In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming place for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Sowie Mountains. Guests have at their disposal two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna, and a gazebo for grilling. From the windows there is a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. In "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" silence and peace, a beautiful, soothing view dominate, and roe deer and field hares are frequent guests - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests.

The mountain cottage with sauna and hot tub and living room with fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access 500 m by gravel road

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. About 100 meters away, there is my second cottage for 6 people, called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage, regardless of the number of people.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of Kłodzko Land, near the Sneznik Massif and Międzygórze. Perfect for up to 6 guests – it offers 2 boho-style bedrooms, a cozy bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

Glamping Brzozowy Zakątek (Birch Corner)

Are you missing adventures? Sleeping in a hotel is not for you? Do you want to relax near nature, among the sounds of animals? If you answered YES to one of these questions, we are pleased to invite you to rent our glamping tent. It is a 5-meter tent with a large double bed. The tent has all the necessary kitchen accessories. There is also an eco toilet, a shower with hot water. Guests can also use the fireplace, hammocks and deckchairs.
